All procedures, tests, and disclaimers apply to CSC Motors. Please read this document carefully and then complete the form and sign the agreement below. No rolling road tests will be performed without this signed agreement to the terms and conditions.

Rolling Road Guidelines & Responsibilities
Session Breakdown
Power Run Session: Carrying out a full throttle power test to determine BHP and torque at the wheels and calculated flywheel figures. Your print will contain flywheel power and/or wheel power.
Full Dyno Session: Checks carried out to ignition operation, fuelling system, engine management fault codes, and live data, alongside a full throttle power test.
Diagnostics: Where diagnostics are required to find a fault, our hourly labour rate will apply as an additional cost payable alongside the power run.
Pre-Test Vehicle Conditions
Fluid & Mechanical Health: You must ensure fluid levels are topped up (oil, water), tyres are in good condition and correctly inflated, and the cooling system is free from defects. The exhaust must be gas-tight.
Fuel Quality: The vehicle must have adequate fuel of the correct octane rating. If your fuel level is too low, we will not carry out the dyno session.
Components like spark plugs, injectors, and turbochargers should be in good working order for accurate results.
Securing & Safety Protocols
Securing the Car: There must be reliable anchor points to attach securing straps. Extremely low cars or body kits may have clearance issues—please consult us first.
Safety Compliance: Customers must conform to safety instructions given by CSC Motors personnel. Customers are not permitted near the dyno during operation and must watch from the viewing area provided.
Bookings & Club Days
Appointments: We take a non-refundable payment for your rolling road booking, outlined at your booking stage.
Club Days: We take a booking fee of £150.00 to secure a Saturday or Sunday Club Day (payable via PayPal or Bank Transfer).
If you cannot make an appointment, please give as much notice as possible to help us reschedule work.
Liability & Performance Agreement
By signing below, you represent that all parts of the vehicle are in good condition and capable of full power and full throttle performance tests. You accept that rolling road tests are intended to be at maximum performance and wide-open throttle, which creates stress that may cause wear and tear or complete damage to (but not limited to) the engine, powertrain, tyre, or wheel failure. You acknowledge that testing is carried out at your own risk and that CSC Motors and respective personnel cannot be held responsible for any vehicle or mechanical damage or failure.
